Individual Psychological Therapy
Drawing on evidence-based approaches and using extensive clinical experience to tailor therapy to your unique needs. Extensive experience with anxiety conditions, self-esteem, stress and burnout, adjustment disorders and post traumatic stress.

We work together towards specific goals, with regular reviews to ensure we are on track and sessions are as useful as possible, reviewing every 6 sessions. 8-12 sessions are typical. Summary of sessions, resources and techniques to practise are provided.
Child & Young Person Therapy
Using strategies adapted to developmental stages mean that sessions are fun, prompt change and most importantly help the young person to feel listened to, support and understood.

School / exam anxiety, self-esteem issues, developing strategies to manage classroom environments with neurodiversity, consultation with schools and more generalised anxiety issues.
I work closely with the whole family unit to allow skills and strategies to be supported at home
Managing Chronic Conditions
Physical health problems impact on your mood, relationships and ability to concentrate. Learn how to manage pain, fatigue, and the relationship between stress and these symptoms. I have extensive experience with Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, CRPS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / ME, Long COVID.

Being told that you have to live with your condition / that there is nothing more to be done can feel hopeless and limiting. In fact, there is so much you can do to take control back and improve your quality of life.
Sports Performance
The Marines say the brain stops you when you still have 20% left. Learn the tricks your brain plays on you, how to recognise these and make them work to your advantage.
You can learn visualisation techniques, how to harness the power of mindfulness as well as techniques to overcome self-doubt, over-thinking and choking. From golf swings to relaxation strategies to support good recovery, unleash your potential.
Post-Partum
We offer a package of counselling to adjust to new motherhood, work with a post or run specialist physiotherapist as well as EMDR re birthing. Also option of psychological therapy for recognising patterns of behaviour in how you were parented and preventing these from negatively influencing your own parenting journey.
Occupational Coaching
Drawing on extensive experience in management positions within the NHS and management training, I offer mentorship for career changes, returning to work after a career break and managing difficulties in current work environments.
