This first session includes a full assessment of presenting difficulties. Understanding what could be contributing to and sustaining those difficulties. Consideration of the resources and strengths you inherently have within to overcome your current struggles. Working together to determine what approach would suit you best and how you would like to work to gain the skills to improve your quality of life according to your own values. You will receive a treatment plan which determines the required number of sessions following this assessment.
