Drawing on evidence-based approaches and using extensive clinical experience to tailor therapy to your unique needs. I work towards specific goals, with regular review to ensure we are on track and sessions are as useful as possible, reviewing every 4 sessions. 8 sessions are typical. link to therapies page.
